Vintage Outdoor Wedding – Ashland, MA
From the moment I met Caitlin & Paul, I knew their big day would be nothing short of beautiful. From classy dresses and suits to antique decorations spread throughout the ceremony and reception, this couple paid attention to the little details. All the little details added up to one beautiful vintage outdoor wedding. While friends and family were gathering together among the pine trees, I was capturing Caitlin & Paul’s “first look.” It’s always an exciting time because I get to witness the bride and groom’s anticipation and reaction. The groom is usually a bit nervous, while the bride is giddy with excitement. This first look was no different. I knew Paul could not wait to turn around and see his stunning bride. Once she put her hand on his shoulder, his nerves melted away and his expression was priceless. The weather was gorgeous. Perfect for the outdoor ceremony on the Back Lawn at the Warren Conference Center and Inn in Ashland, Massachusetts. Caitlin & Paul exchanged vows in front of all the special people in their lives, tied a knot together, and were fortunate to have their very close friend officiate the wedding. Every detail was special to them and that added to their special day.Special details decorated the reception, too. The wedding dresses of the bride and groom’s mothers were displayed by the fireplace. Guest’s table assignments were tied onto antique brass keys. Table centerpieces were adorned with antique teacups, colored-glass bottles, and vintage hardcover books. Everything tied together so beautifully.
Caitlin & Paul’s wedding was such a great day of celebration and love. I was honored to witness the beginning of a beautiful story.
