The Ordering Appointment

Your session is over, and you've been eagerly waiting to see the portraits we captured!  So what's next?  An ordering appointment! The anticipation of seeing photos from your session can build up excitement. I’ve witnessed non-stop smiles, laughter, and happy tears as clients view their photos for the first time.  And then it hits them – how will they display their pictures?  Canvas or framed prints? How big should they go?  Will it look too small on their wall?  Even though selecting photos and figuring out what you will do with them may seem overwhelming, I assure you your ordering appointment will be enjoyable and painless. Trust me. Ordering appointments are done at my studio and usually last around an hour, depending on how decisive you are. Choosing which photos you want to display takes careful consideration, so I recommend that anyone who wants to be part of the decision-making process attend the ordering appointment.  We’ll start with a custom slide show on our state-of-the-art presentation system, then spend more time reviewing the photos that touched your heart. During this time, we’ll figure out the details, sizes, and custom products and finalize where you plan to display your photos. If you have a place in mind where you’d like to display your photos, you can send me photos and the dimensions of the space before your appointment. A photo taken with your phone will work just fine. You and your family will treasure the photos you display in your house for years. You might pass them down to your kids or their kids someday. My goal for your ordering appointment is for everyone to enjoy their experience so that I can help you with every step of the decision-making process. I want you to be happy with your order; together, we will figure out the best way to display your precious memories.
