Charlotte and Josh's Mountain Top Inn Wedding in Chittenden, Vermont

The picturesque Mountain Top Inn in Chittenden, Vermont was the perfect venue for Charlotte and Josh, a very fun and down-to-earth couple. They love to travel, so many of their wedding details were representative of all of the places they've been.Charlotte began her day at the Jewel House. One of my favorite things about the Mountain Top Inn is that all of their interiors are incredibly beautiful to photograph. They're elegant, a bit rustic and most of all, filled with just the perfect amount of natural light. She arrived with her father at the ceremony site in a vintage carriage and in the company of their closest friends and family, had an absolutely beautiful ceremony. To the tunes of a Grateful Dead cover band, their reception continued well into the night. They danced, laughed, and had a great celebration.Charlotte and Josh, thanks for letting me be a part of such a memorable day!

It seems as though there is no bad angle to photograph at the Mountain Top Inn. Everywhere you look there are gorgeous views of lakes and mountains and sunny summer skies painted with clouds.

After sharing their first kiss, Charlotte and Josh left, cheered on by their loved ones, on the carriage. A scene very fitting of a fairytale.

After the ceremony we had some time to visit a couple of pretty spots at the Mountain Top to photograph the happy couple, now as husband and wife.

Josh mentioned he made this sign himself for the wedding. It points to different locations of events as well as several places they've been to.

I decided to get a little creative and use some dramatic light to photograph their beautiful tiered cake.
