Jill and Matt's Elegant Grafton Inn Wedding in Vermont
Jill and Matt had been planning and looking forward to their wedding for a very long time, and it couldn't have been a more perfect day. You can never predict what an early November fall day in New England will be like, but I'm a firm believer that good things happen to good people, and Jill and Matt's wedding day was amazing.They each began their wedding preparations at two of the beautiful homes the Grafton Inn makes available for rent. There was perfect window light that allowed us to create beautiful portraits of Jill and Matt as they were getting ready to head to the church.They got married at the historical white Church just a few steps from the Inn. Aside from being a beautiful, quintessential New England wedding spot, Grafton is small enough that all key locations are a short walk away from one another. We were able to walk from Jill and Matt's rooms to the Church and right on to the Tavern for the celebration.We did drive a few yards down the road to a great covered bridge for the bridal party photos. We had the most gorgeous natural light there and we were lucky enough to have more great natural light during Jill and Matt's wedding portraits.Their celebration continued at the Phelp's barn. The rest of the evening was filled with smiles, cheers, emotional and heartfelt speeches and a good bit of dancing.I had so much fun photographing your special day, Jill and Matt. It was truly unforgettable!
