From the Country to the City | Ariana's Senior Portraits

Ariana came to Steve Holmes Photography as one of my senior models from the class of 2019. We started our work together with a studio session in the spring and then completed an outdoor on-location session later in the summer. As you can see, she chose several outfits to show off the diversity of her personality. She also brought her adorable dog during our outdoor session, so we took her along for the trek down the trail to the river. Ariana has one of those smiles that lights up the whole room. She's laid back and her laugh is infectious. She describes herself as someone who is the mom of the group. She's always checking in and capable of just laying back and having a good time. She can't live without her friends. Therefore, she expects the transition out of high school will be difficult due to the important relationships she's developed there. At school, she plays varsity volleyball and is a member of the National Honors Society. She loves Instagram and Snapchat, Post Malone, and Halsey. She has the unusual talent of being able to flip her eyelids inside out! After graduating, Ariana plans to study pre-law and psychology. She's interested in becoming a criminal psychologist. She loves cities and thinks she might want to attend The City College of New York to get right into the New York scene. As of now, she's still scoping out her options. Making those kinds of decisions is challenging, and I wish her a smooth transition into the next phase of her life. Looking for a great senior portrait experience?
