Castle in the Clouds Wedding - Moultonborough, NH

Featured on the blog today is a favorite Castle in the Clouds wedding I photographed last summer.After visiting Castle in the Clouds in Moultonborough, NH while on a family vacation, Erica knew she would have her wedding there one day. With the stunning architecture and breath-taking views, I could see why. Those surroundings added even more beauty to a beautiful day.The ceremony was held in the Lucknow Gardens and I knew it was going to be a fun day when the bride’s nephew went down the aisle holding a sign that read, “Chris, last chance to run!” Friends and family laughed and the groom looked a bit more at ease, too. But, once Chris saw Erica walking down the aisle, there was no place he’d rather be. You could tell by the tears in his eyes, admiring his stunning bride.The fun continued on the dance floor in the Winnipesaukee Room. It was great to see all the guests having such a great time doing the Horah together, but what really stood out for me was the mother-son and father-daughter dances. Chris and Erica got all the mothers with sons and fathers with daughters to get up and dance with them. It truly was a special moment to see the bride and groom’s parents dancing with all their loved ones.I was honored to capture their beautiful day, the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in their lives.
