Caitlin and Santiago's Wedding in Lebanon, New Hampshire
For the third wedding weekend in a row the weather forecast had predicted rain. I know we will always get great photographs no matter what conditions we have, but I must admit my heart breaks a little for my clients when they plan an outdoor celebration and are forced to change their plans for reasons out of their control.I always say that good things happen to good people, and Caitlin and Santiago's wedding is testament of my theory. From the time I arrived at Caitlin's family home in Lebanon, New Hampshire the rain poured. It didn't mist and it wasn't scattered. It just poured. And it was forecast to continue for the rest of the day. The rain poured until it was time for Caitlin to walk down the aisle by her father's side, and then it stopped. Not only did the rain stop, but soon after the clouds broke to reveal one of the most beautiful sunsets of the season. It was a pleasure to be able to shoot at such a beautiful and picturesque location and to work with such wonderful people.Caitlin and Santiago's stunning cake was by the talented Irene Maston from Irene's Cakes by Design. Meghan Flanagan provided the beautiful flowers for the girls, boutonnieres for the guys and the stunning centerpieces. Tent rental services were provided by Pete from Rain or Shine Tents and great music was played by the very talented Brooks Hubbard as well as DJ Hector Cobeo from Hermanos Productions.I had so much fun at your wedding, Caitlin and Santiago. Congratulations!
